The Internet has benefited many individuals, businesses, and countries by improving education through the democratization of information. A team of educational experts from The Center for Professional Educators Training (PISGA) creates and leads a new global concept that is going to change the landscape of education in the city of Ramat Gan. It collaborates with the head of Education dept. in Ramat Gan. The concert is an Educational HUB which combines Education with HUB and Internet of Everything (IoE).
HUB is a common connection point for devices in a network. Hubs are commonly used to connect segment of a LAN. Hub serves as a central connection for all the network equipment and handles a data type known as frames. The main issue is how to create an Educational HUB and turn it into a way of habitual Vision. Cisco defines IoE as bringing together people, process, data, and things to make networked connections more relevant and valuable than ever before- turning information into actions that create new capabilities, richer experiences, and unprecedented economic opportunity for businesses, individuals, and countries.

Group of educational colleagues, learning and sharing knowledge together, constructing models and shared language to create professional relevance. The Learning Community is a platform for building the Hub. The group serves as a professional and mental support group. According to Cisco definition for IoE the Learning Community brings together educators, process, data, and things to turning information into actions that create new learning capabilities, richer experiences, and unprecedented educational opportunity for the educators.
Online Learning
Learning and experiencing new and innovative models while using advanced technologies. Online learning is an instructional practice that effectively uses technology to strengthen a learner’s learning experience. It is based on an online technology that is in constant progress, it emphasizes high-quality instruction and provides access to challenging content, opportunities for learning anytime and anywhere, and individualized instruction to ensure all learners reach their full potential to succeed.
