zone of Collaboration & Communication:
the ability to work as a part of a team, required to have a broad view of the vision,

achieve this goal. Communication: message transfer and transformation.
· Morality: the ability to
recognize a code or a system of rules of
what is right or
wrong and to behave accordingly.
· Modesty: avoiding impropriety or
indecency.
· Brave Critical thinking: evaluation skills.
Those

Synchronous Leader makes and are keys to leading people. Synchronous Leadership
consists of innovation, effective and integrative technology, meaningful
professional development, global connection and an open mind. Synchronous
