Synchronous Leadership



Synchronic Leadership, according to Nir Golan, educational and leadership expert, can only take place by coincidence in time. 

The Synchronous Leader isn't only a leader of a country, he is a global leader: he leads a global process from end to end (E2E), regardless of a specific location. He leads a global team: a global professional team built up from experts all around who work as a global team. Synchronous Leadership consists of a dynamic combination of mindset, behaviors, and skills that are employed to change and enhance the world through the use of technology.

A Synchronous Leader must have the next two zones of essential skill and abilities:

The zone of Vision & Problem solving: analyzing and perfectionism.
·      Digital proficiency: expert in all the digital nets and tools.
·      Global awareness: a whole world vision.
·      Creativity: thinking out of the box.

The zone of Collaboration & Communication: the ability to work as a part of a team, required to have a broad view of the vision, have holistic consideration and collaborate more with each other in order to achieve this goal. Communication: message transfer and transformation.
·      Morality: the ability to recognize a code or a system of rules of what is right or wrong and to behave accordingly.
·      Modesty: avoiding impropriety or indecency.
·      Brave Critical thinking: evaluation skills.

Those skills and abilities should be at the very heart of every decision a Synchronous Leader makes and are keys to leading people. Synchronous Leadership consists of innovation, effective and integrative technology, meaningful professional development, global connection and an open mind. Synchronous Leaders are very much empowered by the world and take an active part in the global development team – from decision making to implementation, having a broad understanding of overall considerations.

Synchronous Leaders professionalism is taking a broader aspect. They move from being a diplomatic expert to becoming a professional world developer, familiar with the best practices, digital tools and methodologies.
